All AI requests are made using your own OpenAI API keys (your own account), so you know exactly what you're paying for. When will I get my copy of Pro if I order it now?
You will receive a download link to a beta version of SymbiMind Pro for your operating system before September 1st, 2024. All updates and improvements for this version will be included. How safe is SymbiMind?
All your data, work, and keys are stored on your computer. We don’t have access to them. You can also work offline. Your app communicates directly with AI services, with no proxies in between.
How do updates work, do they cost extra?
Updates within the same major version (like from 1.0 to 1.1) are free. If we release a new major version (like from 1.x to 2.x) and you decide to upgrade, you'll be offered a discount. You can continue using your current major version, which will receive updates for at least one year after its release.
